How long does shipping take?

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within one business day of receiving your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Where are you located?

I’m located in Gore, on the South Island of New Zealand.

Can I get your products in-store?

Some of my products are available online and in-store at Crofters Yarn in Dunedin.

Where do your raw materials come from?

Wherever possible, all fibres and yarn bases are sourced from reputable mills in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

How do you colour your yarn?

Our botanical collection has been dyed using plants from my own garden and locally foraged material. Most of our painted skeins & fibre are dyed using professional acid dyes, and we ensure that the dye is fully exhausted.
